Document Title and Consistency
Automated checkChecks for the presence, uniqueness, and consistency of the document title in both metadata and styled content.
When it finds an issue:
- The document has no title in metadata or styled content. Add a title to the document properties and apply the 'Title' style to it.
- The document has multiple styled titles. Select one title and convert the others to regular text or headings. This can be done via the 'Fix' button.
- The metadata title does not match the styled title in the document. Ensure the metadata title and the styled title are identical. You can choose which one to use as the source of truth.
- A metadata title exists, but no styled title was found in the document. Apply the 'Title' style to the main title in the document.
- A styled title exists, but the document metadata title is not set. Set the document's metadata title to match the styled title.
